What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form, such as your name, email address and message. We ask for nothing beyond what we need to reply.
How we use it
To reply to your message and, if you ask for a bottle, to handle the order by email. We never use it for advertising and never sell it to anyone.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from our last exchange. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@timtamtum.com. You are protected by the applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation if you are in the European Union.
Cookies and storage
We use no tracking cookies. We store only two technical preferences in your browser: that you confirmed you are 18 or over, and the language you chose.
