More

Why it works
Raisins are already in the liqueur, and cheese and walnuts are its long-standing companions at the table.
Tip
The liqueur goes on after baking, so it keeps its alcohol. Serve at once: the cheese firms up as it cools.
To serve
In its dish, in the middle of the table, surrounded by toasted bread.
Meet the liqueur

This recipe contains alcohol. Cooking does not remove it completely, so a dish made with liqueur should never be presented as alcohol-free.
