Sparkling, fruity and fresh

Tim Tam Tum, brut sparkling wine and soda: bubbles that reveal another side of its aromas.

Ingredients

Makes1 wine glass1 wine glass
  • 40 mlTim Tam Tum
  • 75 mlBrut sparkling wine, chilled
  • 30 mlSparkling water, chilled
  • Ice
  • 1Strip of orange peel, long

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Add the Tim Tam Tum.
  3. Gently pour in the sparkling wine, then the sparkling water.
  4. Stir briefly and garnish with the orange peel.

Why it works
The acidity and bubbles of the sparkling wine lighten the texture of the liqueur.
Tip
Use a brut sparkling wine, not a sweet one, and make it to order so it keeps its fizz.
To serve
A generous wine glass and a long strip of orange peel.
