More

Why it works
Blackberry darkens the drink and adds acidity; the syrup’s cinnamon meets the liqueur’s own, and lemon keeps it fresh.
Tip
For the syrup, simmer 100 g sugar with 100 ml water and a cinnamon stick for 5 minutes, then let it cool. It keeps for a week in the fridge.
To serve
A very cold coupe, the drink almost black and the orange floating like a full moon.
Meet the liqueur

An alcoholic drink, for adults only. Enjoy it slowly and in moderation.
