Warm version
Heat the colada without letting it boil, take it off the heat, add the Tim Tam Tum and serve it in a cup with a cinnamon stick.
- Why it works
- The colada already carries cinnamon, clove and fruit: the liqueur extends them with its ripe fruit, and lime lightens the thick corn texture.
- Tip
- If the colada is very thick, loosen it with a little cold water before shaking. Serve small glasses: it is a rich drink.
- To serve
- A rocks glass, the deep purple of the colada and the pineapple and blackberry on a pick, as in a homemade colada.
An alcoholic drink, for adults only. Enjoy it slowly and in moderation.
